Winsted
Holdings, Inc. is a Chicago based merchant banking and venture capital
group. Winsted will act in a consulting and advisory capacity for
client companies seeking to enter the public market. Led by our management
team, Winsted brings our clients wide range of expertise to assist
in their growth plans.
In addition, Winsted will participate in developing growing companies
for our shareholders. Our business is to grow and nurture companies
in an "incubator" setting. Winsted's team is comprised of
professionals with backgrounds in finance and corporate experience
at the operating level. We understand the challenges of starting new
companies and expanding existing ones, because we have done it ourselves.
Typically, we work closely with our client company's senior management
on such issues as financing policy, management recruiting, operating
budgets and long-term strategic planning.
